FIRST IMPRESSION MATTER..- MY PORTFOLIO COVERS

As part of Philosophy and creativity,we had to submit a personal portfolio that featured our best work within in. We discovered that a front cover and back cover can be fundamental in terms of capturing the eye of the viewer to look into our work further and with a positive light. For my portfolio therefore, I wanted to capture my personality and my love for arts and crafts, with my personal drawings featuring a mix media  manipulation. The front cover suits the back cover, but the front cover is much more neat, in one place, so that it doesn't completely shift focus from the title. The back cover on the other hand is much more centralized and concludes the booklet with any further ado. The choice of colours and thickness of line also reflect my style and taste, overall creating an individual start and finish.
